The trolley is always a highlight of Disneyland for me so I had to try to create it. We had a box of popsicle sticks left over from a school project that I used in combination with cardboard, Plaster of Paris and wooden fondue sticks from the kitchen to create the body. The gears and motor I did have to buy from Amazon but it wasn’t too expensive. The tough part was I hadn’t calculated well on how to balance it first and the trolley was tilting. So I had to rebuild. Fortunately I had lots of popsicle sticks!! And I learned so much building the second time around.
